Who we are

NetGrowthLocal provides marketing and lead response services to local businesses in the UK, including estate agents, window and door companies, heating engineers and roofers. For any privacy question, email netgrowthlocal@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email address, what your business does, the area you cover and the size of your team.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about the call you asked for and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is your request (steps before entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify. We don't sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the contract and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
